Phosphor Tube Chromatism On-line Tester
Phosphor tube chromatism on-line tester is made up of CHC-100 colorimeter, PB-300 device and phosphor tube bracket. Users can cut the phosphor tube which has been coated, baked and exhausted into about 100mm of length. (the coating on the tube wall should not be destroyed or polluted). Then, adjust the bracket to a right height (make the UV tube and phosphor tube almost concentric). Light the 253.7nm UV tube and the 253.7nm ultraviolet radiation illuminates on the phosphor powder coating directly to stimulate it blazing. After that, the collected signal is transformed into electrical signal via XYZ tristimulus values integrate detector of CHC-100 colorimeter, and then calculate the color temperature(CCT), chromaticity coordinate(x,y), CIE1960(u,v),CIE1976(u’,v’)and luminance with results displayed. The system fits for the fast test on production line and the extempore test for the quality control department because it has some advantages of high integration level, low power loss and high testing accuracy
